Pumla Mpahlele, 20 years experience in personal training. My passion is to help people change their lives in the most realistic way possible. In this lifetime , I have trained a broad range of clients with varying goals, such as young athletes who wants to improve in sport performance, to adults needing to improve in mobility and build muscle strength .I also do strength and conditioning for runners, helping them run better and prevent injuries.
My focus is on holistic fitness, core stability and building momentum, my training emphasizes a full body approach that helps you build strength, muscle, power and mobility .
